We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

Wir lieben Berlin, doch wir wollen selbst entscheiden, wann und ob wir uns ins Herz der Muddastadt stürzen ;-) Bei uns werdet Ihr die Annehmlichkeiten einer stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor und viel Liebe zum Detail im Grünen erleben!

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Unsere Duplex Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage im Herzen Neuköllns, einer der spannendsten Gegenden Berlins vollerCafes, Bars und exzellenten Restaurants. Mit 105m² Wohnfläche bietet die Wohnung viel Raum für Familien, Pärchen, Freunde oder auch Home-Office (sehr schnelle Internetverbindung 200Mbps) und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Für regnerische Tage haben wir einen gemütlichen TV Bereich mit Netflix & Disney+ für euch.

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.
