Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

Le métro U8 (ligne nord-sud) station LEINESTRASSE est à 5 minutes à pied. Il y a de nombreux cafés et restaurants dans les rues alentours. C'est vraiment l'un des quartiers les plus agréables de Neukölln et il est ideal pour découvrir le Berlin du moment.

My apartment is located directly in front of the Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's famous massive park in the middle of the German capital, it convinces with beautiful promenades, bars, restaurants, cafés, little stores and more. The area is part of Neukölln, which has a lot of interesting spots to visit. U-Bahn, Bus and S-Bahn are just around the corner.

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
