Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tende

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Thank you Rutger and Elaine for your great communication and hosting.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Ideally located chalet with a very nice exterior (garden/terraces) and a comfortable interior, especially the spacious and welcoming living room. Everything is there to feel good.

We absolutely loved our stay in Grasse. The house is stunning and stocked with everything we needed and the views were unbeatable. It was very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The driveway is steep and winding, but we were able to manage in our SUV. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a really nice few days in Montegrazie and the area around Imperia. The apartment is sparkling clean, it offers plenty of space and the layout is very suitable for four people to stay. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with the 360° view. Louis and Arne are the best hosts you can imagine, always helpful with restaurant recommendations that were all spot on. We had a fantastic stay - the Airbnb was clean and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Cecilia was very communicative and a great host. We would happily return to this Airbnb again!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Andre's apartment. Doumé was incredibly helpful and communicative. We were right by the train station and a tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

This place was adorable and central to everything In town! Close to shops, restaurants, public transport. The host was also fantastic with great recommendations and everything you needed for a perfect beach day. She helped us get settled and checked in and was always available to answer any questions. Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

This Villa is wonderful! If we had a possibility to rate it high enough - It would be a 6!! It has charm, wonderful view and garden, very nice poolarea and Gino!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We absolutely loved our stay, the villa is incredible even better in person and clearly well looked after! We would 100% return - Vence is a stunning village and easy access to a Nice. Alexandre was very helpful to us and responsive. Thanks again!

Nico was a wonderful host, he waited up for us and gave us a tour of all the houses features, including the swimming pool, a barbecue and even a pizza oven. Water pressure was great, and plenty of public areas, both indoors and outdoors. The only possible drawback is that you have to drive up and down the hill to get into Metro Nice, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, that's actually a plus. We highly recommend Nico and his house. We would gladly stay there again.
