It is the home of an established Nashville songwriter and is filled with musical instruments and a wonderful creative energy. Full access to the entire house. Including the gorgeous 100 year old piano. Someone will be on-site and available as needed Set in one of the best areas of Nashville, the house is located just off of Route 65. This house is mere minutes from Downtown and just blocks away from the 12 South neighborhood, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Music Row. The house is located in a very central area. Just a $6 Uber ride will get you downtown. Ample parking is always available as well if you're driving.

The Boathouse is a perfect place to recapture some peace in a hectic world. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A great place to get away for a breath of fresh air. Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water.
