great time, beautiful area, responsive and attentive host. pool and hot tub were ready to go and wonderful.

House was exactly as described and had great views . Convenient to local general stores. David was very responsive to any questions we had. He was also very accommodating. We rented a boat from him as well, and he supplied an inner tube and ski rope for us to pull the kids on, provided tips on waterfront fuel stations, restaurants, etc. They even supplied firewood for the fire pit on the back patio, we’ll definitely be back!

My favorite Air BnB stay to date!!! Teresa and Mike were wonderful hosts! They provide everything you need to feel right at home. The location was great for visiting Chattanooga but far enough away from the city to have some peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy! I highly recommend and plan to stay again if we ever visit the area again!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

Fantastic home, fantastic hosts, fantastic location. Everything about this place is what you could hope for when traveling. Darcy provided snacks, fresh farm raised eggs, and fresh sourdough bread. I’m a hiker and this place was centrally located for multiple amazing waterfall hikes. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Darcy was very proactive And provided so much helpful information. Her guidebook is something every host should provide. It made it very simple for me to plan my days. This place is private and peaceful and the hot tub is amazing too. It’s also a 90 minute drive to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Highly recommend and can’t wait to make my next visit. Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hooked On The River Dock 172. Kimberly and Royce are amazing hosts. We relaxed on the river after long days of work. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and would love to return when I could spend more time enjoying all this home has to offer.

House was perfect! We enjoyed our weekend so much. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. Plenty of space even with our three kids. Outside amenities were awesome. We will definitely stay again.

Diane was a great host! the cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. we enjoyed the porch swings and utdoor amenities. we didn't want to leave. The kitchen was STOCKED...not just a pot or two and silverware. we grilled and enjoyed supper on the porch the second night. so well kept and clean. The best weekend away we have had in a while. Also I had left a couple items behind the door that Diane messaged me about and was so helpful and went out of her way to leave with family to bring back home! 12/10 all the way around🥰

The home is situated in a beautiful serene landscape which we were able to take part in by walking the grounds and viewing the nature trail. We were shown hospitality above and beyond expectations through the quality of the toiletries to the complementary snacks and coffee available at our leisure, ensuring our stay was all the more enjoyable. Super cozy, cute and quiet space. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The place was spotless!

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

House is very convenient to the things we needed. I guess it’s a local Mennonite or Amish store is amazing and they must visit just a few miles away. Located right on the river you can fish from the riverbank or enjoy an afternoon hanging out in their outdoor bar. She was a great host very helpful even sent an AC mechanic just in case something was wrong, but the house was as described and a cozy river cabin.

We had a great weekend at Black Eagle Retreat. The place itself was so impressively constructed and staged for relaxation. We appreciated the comfy beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen and great shower! We loved both porches depending on where the sun was shining. The hot tub was great!! The best was being at the level of birds as they flew nearby with a great view as a backdrop.

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, super clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was lovely after a long day of hiking (shower before entering the jacuzzi). Tracy has a book on instructions, rules, and recommendations. It also has a section where previous guest wrote about their experience, giving us an insight on where to go and what to do. There’s a drive in movie spot 30 mins away and only an hour away from Chattanooga. Little River Canyon is mesmerizing. Would definitely recommend and consider coming again 10/10.

Peaceful Cabin Retreat – Perfect for Groups! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cabin in the Cumberland Furnace woods! It was super peaceful, with plenty of space inside and out. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The hot tub was a huge hit after a day of exploring, and we loved hanging out around the fire pit each night. With room for 8, it was the perfect getaway for our group — plenty of privacy on about 4 acres, yet still easy to get to. Everything was just as described (or better), and the hosts were great. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect little house for a couple. My wife and I spent a few days here enjoying the lake, and we loved coming back to our little hillside retreat at the end of the day. I highly recommend this home!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The peacefulness and serenity of this vacation home are unmatched. Sara and Todd were fantastic hosts. Their communication and attention to detail were fantastic. If you are looking for a place to escape look no further. It is the perfect spot to disappear and relax. I know we will be back.
