Lemuel manages multiple locations. He actually recommended a better location for us after our initial booking that was very reasonably priced.

Close to everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay and the area was just beautiful! I will definitely be coming back!

DJ met us upon arrival with Gigi and Milo. (The cutest welcoming crew.) He went over every detail about the property and amenities. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The RV was adorable and clean. There were snacks and breakfast foods available which came in handy!! DJ also had a plate of fresh baked cookies waiting for us! 😋 A storm came through on the first night knocking out the power. DJ came over to check on us immediately and let us know the estimated time for power. The next morning Duwana came by to check on us and brought coffee! It wasn’t long before the power returned. DJ and Duwana went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. I would stay here again.

Another great stay! We look forward to many more stays to come!

We came up for a motorcycle rally and had a great stay, the host was super friendly and responsive as well as the camper being clean and comfortable!

it was really convenient location. everything was just 10 to 15 minutes away...clean, loaded. Amber let us checked in early which really helped us to get relaxed. I recommend this place for others to have a good time!

We were able to come and stay in the Skoolie and found it to be just as described. The bed was very comfortable and loved waking up to drink some coffee. The place has a nice yard with a hammock and privacy fencing. Hosts are friendly and very responsive to messages. Seeing the way this skoolie was set up gives us inspiration to get our skoolie finished. Everything was just what we needed and would recommend others to try out this awesome hidden gem! We would love to stay again. Thanks for everything 😀

The history behind the McKnight bus is great. The space that Shannon has created is a lot of fun engaging and would highly recommend.

This stay was just perfect! The camper and property were amazing, the bed was sooo comfy and the hosts were fabulous. They gave very clear directions, kept in contact to make sure we found it and were able to get inside ok, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% recommend these hosts and this property to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Sherrys campsite is absolutely wonderful. Was just as described, quiet and private. Beds were very comfortable and the supplies for smores were a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Queen of the Hill was the perfect getaway for our family! The home was exactly as described—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. It had such a relaxing, homey feel that made it easy to settle in and unwind after a long day at Dollywood. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.

Sharon was a wonderful host from start to finish. She made sure check-in was flawless, she gave recommendations for local things to do and she checked on us. This place is quiet, private and has access to a beautiful lake with many restaurants around. I highly recommend it and can't wait to stay there again!

Leah and Sean were more than accommodating for my dog and myself. Very responsive with checking in and recommendations of the surrounding area. Sean gave great instructions on how to operate the trailer and the amenities. It’s a great spot for day hiking. Trails can be within walking distance for all types of levels. Get a nice hike in the morning and relax at the trailer in the covered porch in the evening. The outdoor shower is a must! I would recommend this place for two legged and four legged friends. Thank you Sean and Leah for everything. Excited to come back soon.

Since Bonnaroo was canceled we stayed here to have a sense of home. I’m so thankful for this little bus. Thank you to the wonderful people who built this place from the ground up! May God continue to protect you all. See you all next time!

We enjoyed our home away from home for a few days. Peaceful, clean, comfortable. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

Jason and Miranda were great hosts. Our boys loved the fishing and exploring the property provided as well as the stream. We had a relaxing and peaceful weekend.

The camper was cute as a button and the view of the lake was breathtaking!!! Will definitely be back in the future….

If I need another weekend getaway, I will definitely stay at this little camper again! Needed a nice, peaceful weekend and Kevin and Waneta’s camped definitely justified that! Firewood was available and it was nice knowing that they were close by if needed! Hosts were super responsive and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. Only a few steps away from the Tennessee River. Camper was nice and the fire pit area was great. We will be back at some point.

My daughter and I had a great time. My daughter especially loved the goats, chickens, and donkeys. The location is super close to the National Park and also really conveniently located if you want to grab some takeout or dinner in town. Even thought it was located close to everything it still felt really rural. Sydney was great and took time to show my daughter the animals and answer any questions we had.
