Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tennoji Ward

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

This apartment was very well located and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It has also 3 bedrooms which is great for a family and apart from the crows each morning and the boat on Saturday night along the Dotonbori the rooms were all very peaceful to sleep in. There is also a balcony which is useful to step out and get some air. The host was also super friendly and responsive. Great place to stay!

While the children were having fun in the kids' space, the adults were able to relax.This really helped me.It was great that the children could play on their own after walking around a lot or when they were very tired.There was a washer and dryer, so I was able to handle the children's sudden laundry.Thank you for a truly enjoyable time.

The location was situated perfectly. Extremely close to metro station so it’s easy to get anywhere. Lots of food options within walking distance. Felt safe given the security measures. Airbnb is beautiful and the double bathroom and toilet was great for our big group. Plus the in unit washing machine/dryer was great. Hard to come by a dryer. Overall I cannot recommend enough

Space was clean, the bath tub was a nice bonus and the bed was super comfy. Great location as well, quick walk to Namba station. Check in/out process was simple

A beautiful place that is just 1 minute from Dotonbori River, and few minutes away from all the lovely food at Dotonbori, and wonderful shopping in Shinsaibashi. The location of the Airbnb is also only less than 10 mins away from Namba station, which is wonderful as a base to all the different train lines you need to get to various places in Osaka, or even Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. The apartment is located one street away from the busy Glico running man, so it is quiet for a good rest, yet close enough to all the actions for food and shopping. It is well equipped for cooking and has ample spaces for our luggage and more than enough bedding for a family of 4. I would certainly say, this is definitely the best place to stay in terms of amendities it provide, and the wonderful location. And Yoshi-san is helpful, responsive and you can say I will certainly be back here when I am in Osaka in the near future! So look no further, book with ease!!!

Yoshi’s place is in an easily accessible location from the airport, with many restaurants and shopping venues nearby. Despite this, it is quiet at night, which is always excellent. The apartment itself is not as compact as one may expect in Japan and has all you may need for a short stay. Would definitely consider returning if I come back to Osaka. Recommended!

Tadashi home is very cosy and convenient. It takes just 5 mins to walk from the train station. It can fit our group of 8 people. Very nice home with all equipment you need for your stay. Highly recommend this home if you travel to Osaka.

How do i start? When everything was beautiful 🥹🥰. Kumiko and his family are very thoughtful and caring including his dad. Always approach us whenever we bump into each other that makes us feel welcomed. I really appreciate tissue and small dustbin placed in each room, easy for us to drop our rubbish without going downstairs to the kitchen. House was perfectly clean and spacious. We cooked a lot, since the kitchen was very easy to use and complete with utensils. Would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends as it’s very close to the train station too! Had a wonderful time staying at this place. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided clear instructions for just about everything we could've thought of. It was a great spot to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. 12/10 would stay here again if i came back to Osaka

We enjoyed our stay at Yui’s place. It was clean and very comfy just like the listing. Yui was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions to get to the airbnb and we were able to find very easily. It is also only a short walk away from the station with a nearby convenience store perfect for late night snacks. Yui always checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place.

The property is in great location, with several convenient stores, grocery store (Life, a Kroger/HEB like store for fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and fruits), department store (Super Walmart version), subway stations and restaurants all within 8 min walking distance. 2 stops from city center for entertainment and shopping. The house is spotless, nice kitchen and entertainment items are provided. Tones of towels, 7 types of shampoos and conditioners. We really enjoyed the stay in the house. The host kindly let us check-in early on last minute request. 100% satisfied and highly recommend the place.

This is a great home with a lot of sleeping options. That was absolutely perfect for my family of five. Great location near train station that provides access throughout Osaka. Wonderful amenities in size, it was everything as advertised. Ted was an amazing host, and answered questions that I had promptly and was able to resolve any situation that I had. I would highly recommend this place.

Recommend. Easy to find and close to Doubutsuen-mae station. Transport hub - Tennoji is just 10-minute walk away. Quiet neighbourhood. All tidy and clean. Rina is very considerable and helpful. Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

The house is very well located, very close to the station and surrounded by food street.It is a room and room, as a foreigner, needs to adapt a little, but it also gave us an interesting experience.Well-equipped, sparkling clean, and the host thoughtfully prepared a wealth of linen and supplies.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!

Matsukun's place is perfect for a family of three adults. It is located right next to the Osaka Subway station - Daikokucho on the Midosuji line and one stop away from Namba ( the main shopping drag and the way to the Glico man). There are lots of restaurants and eating options around the house - we often visited the Life Supermarket and enjoyed sushi at Kura Sushi ( all within walking distance). The house was neat and clean and had every thing we needed (family of 3 adults). Matsukun was very responsive and prompt in responding to my information requests. We enjoyed our week in Osaka and Matsukun's house was the best home base for us. Five stars.
