It has 6 spacious bedrooms, a swimming pool, a splash pool and a Jacuzzi (up to 40 degrees), a large garden, a trampoline, a barbecue area and a barbecue oven, an outdoor breakfast area, a games room (hockey table, foosball and bar), a basic gym and a spectacular view of the Tepeji del Río dam and the golf course. *NO PARTIES ALLOWED* Only one pet (dog) is allowed per reservation at extra cost.

The pool does NOT have a heater The mandatory cost is the cleaning person and you pay them directly 650 pesos per day with hours from 9 am to 4 pm

Its garden is very spacious for small gatherings, with a natural table, Weber grill. Jacuzzi for 9 people. Boiler to heat Jacuzzi if you require it, with an additional cost for consumption. Ideal for small families who want to enjoy and spend a weekend in a free and very safe place. Cost per liter is $13.50 MN. Pets are welcome!

Country house in the city, it has large spaces and a very large garden with a fountain, fruit trees and tables. Inside the house there is a kitchen, a dining room, and six bedrooms. A roofed area to enjoy the garden and a wood or charcoal grill. Two tables and 10 chairs. From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, there is an administrator who takes care of the garden where his office is located. He does not enter the areas occupied by guests or the house.

Each room has its own full bathroom. Note: The golf cart works well, but the batteries only last long enough to play 9 holes. The subdivision requests an official ID from each guest.
