Our Home is very confortable. Everything is located in one level. It has all the services, and it's located in a way that You'll just love it. We are located three blocks from downtown, so, You can go by walking , or driving if you want to go so far and visit near "Viñedos", Cheese Factory, or Bernal Pueblo Mágico. It's important to bring Your own towels just for the pool. Towels inside are for personal use only, not for garden áreas. The swimming pool is heated by Solar panels.

Only for families, the house is not suitable for parties. The house is in a neighborhood located 10 minutes by car from downtown and 20 minutes walk away. It's a closed street, the pool is private, it's not very big but it's excellent for having a good time. The house is located in a developing neighborhood. And since Tequisquiapan is still a village, some families still have chickens, cows, goats, etc. If you're ready for this, this is your option.

A nice, warm pool. It has a pool table and a foosball table as well as a 65” smart TV, blue ray DVD, two bedrooms with full bathrooms and parking for four cars. It has a garden set and barbecue.
