Si trova appena sopra il giardino della Chiesa dell’ Annunziata e vi si accede dalla Serpentina, strada alberata che attraversa il polmone verde che congiunge Termini alta con Termini bassa; equidistante (15 min a piedi) dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione ferroviaria.
