Beachfront holiday rentals in Termini Imerese

We had a lovely stay at this charming Italian-style villa with our two children. The house is full of character, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The outdoor space was nice and peaceful. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed having meals outside. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would love to return and definitely recommend this place to families.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We had a one night stay before an early morning flight. The location was perfect. We had a lovely day at the beach. Margherita was very helpful and even gave us a ride to the airport at 4:00am. I would definitely stay again.

Erika ist eine schöne und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die uns zwischendurch gefragt hat, ob alles passt und ob wir etwas benötigen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Häuschen wie auch Badezimmer ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Man hat viel Platz und kann sich draußen im Garten frei bewegen, wie auch gemütlich kochen. In der Unterkunft hat nichts gefehlt und uns wurde viel zur Verfügung gestellt an Lebensmittel die wir nutzen konnten. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen vor allem Familien aber auch Freunden. Der Strand ist fussläufig keine 5 Minuten entfernt und dieser ist sauber und das Wasser ist klar. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen!!

Vi var fire personer plus en hund. Vi havde et dejligt ophold på 7 dage. Vi kom i bil, hvilket jeg vil sige er optimalt. Vores små lokale restauranter var rigtig hyggelige…men skulle du besøge andre restauranter skal du bruge bil eller taxa. Den lokale strand er små klipper men når man har klaret denne udfordring er vandet yderst behageligt. Der findes rigtig mange dejlige strande indenfor 10, 20, 30 og 40 kilometer. Vores værtinde Laura var yderst behagelig og gjorde alt for at behage os. Det var et rigtig dejligt hus med den smukkeste udsigt oppe fra tagterrassen, hvor vi spiste vores aftensmad. Morgenmaden spiste vi på terrassen i stuen med udsigt ud over haven. Køkkenet var yderst velfungerende og velassorteret.

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

Villa Claudia is place where you experience Sicilian hospitality and comfort at the highest level. From the very beginning, you feel at home – Marco and his mama are incredibly kind and helpful, and a very warm welcome with dishes of Sicilian specialties. Villa Claudia impresses with exceptional cleanliness, lovingly and stylishly furnished rooms. The spacious beds with firm mattresses, plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, pool and outdoor grill provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 5 Personen für 2 Wochen in der Villa von Zaira übernachtet. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Räume, das Bad sowie der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Zaira ist jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar.

L'ottima posizione ci ha consentito di visitare molti paesi e città della Sicilia occidentale, da Cefalù ad Agrigento. Confermo la grande disponibilità e simpatia dell'host Dario.

What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, con cucina, salone, camera da letto e delizioso terrazzino. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Campofelice e dalla spiaggia. Umberto è stato eccellente e ci ha dato moltissime raccomandazioni utili su ristoranti e d'intorni. L'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nessun rumore durante la notte. A due fermate da Cefalù, posizione strategica ma molto tranquilla. Mare limpido con diversi lidi attrezzati. Raccomandiamo senz'altro! 😎

We enjoyed our stay at Alessio’s villa. Great communication at all times. The location was quiet and close to the beach. The pool was a real delight. The train station was a10 min walk with regular trains to Cefalu and Palermo. I would recommend Villa Portofino for a stay in Sicilia

Wir waren als Mädels Gruppe in der villa und haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé entre Palermo et Cefalu. Nous le recommandons vivement. Les hôtes Chiara et Salvatore sont d’une grande bienveillance. Merci à eux.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Wir wurden super nett von Marco begrüßt und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten dort einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Quel bonheur ! Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le logement et avons tout aimé : l'accueil d'Andrea qui nous a accompagné dans Sferracavallo pour nous montrer toutes ses adresses préférées, les petites attentions dans la cuisine (vin, café, biscuit, ail, basilic, etc.), les conseils (restau, transports...), la décoration intérieur, la terrasse ensoleillée. Nous avons tout fait en train & bus, la gare à 10 minutes à pieds (avec accès aéroport et Palerme centre) est un super atout pour voyager simplement (et pas cher) en Sicile ! Nous étions tellement bien que nous avons même prolongé notre séjour et encore une fois, Andrea s'est montré adorable et très flexible. On rêve déjà de revenir avec des amis ou de la famille pour profiter de toutes les chambres ! Merci pour tout 🙏

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus direkt am Meer. Es war alles vorhanden um mit 7 Personen kochen zu können. Lediglich mit den Liegen war es etwas schwierig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt – ebenso die Küche. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea verlief reibungslos. Besonders hilfreich: Er hat uns ein Taxi vom Flughafen organisiert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Andrea ist uns in allem sehr entgegengekommen und hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt in angenehmer Nähe zum Zentrum von Mondello – den Strand konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, und auch Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt in Mondello war großartig – nicht zuletzt dank Andrea und seiner schönen Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

This place is just t what it looks like in the pictures. Besides being beautiful, clean, comfortable with a great location it has an incredible home vibe which is hard to find sometimes in other peoples places. A perfect vacation for me when you are thousands of miles away IS when you have a cozy home like place to wind down from an amazing day. Thank you Fabio and Bauty and Tery!

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento per circa una settimana. Giusy si è sempre resa disponibile e rispondeva prontamente ai miei messaggi. Si è anche preoccupata nei giorni successivi al check-in che tutto procedesse correttamente. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ospitale e accogliente. Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati molto bene. C’è tutto l’essenziale per una bella vacanza.

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)
