Filomena's house is located in the heart of Termoli, on the ground floor and has two independent entrances, one of which is on a private road with a bar and reserved parking. It has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher). It is just a few minutes walk from the train station, the port (embarkation of the Tremiti Islands), the beaches of Rio Vivo and Sant'Antonio, the old village and the "walk" area with various and numerous places.

A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.
