Cozy house in the city center of Issoire

Issoire is very well located if you want to visit the region (30 min from the ski resort and at the gates of the volcanoes...) House is in the city center, close to all shops. You will find in the house everything what you need for everyday life. On the 1st floor - an equipped kitchen opened to living room, toilet. On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. On the ground floor entrance, garage for small car and washing machine. You can park in the alley .

Tourist village near Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and Auvergnats lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butchery, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

Outside, you'll have access to a 3200 m² private plot, including a 400 m² fenced area, as well as a 9 m² terrace on stilts. This chalet is located 40 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, and 20 minutes from Super-Besse by car.
