Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. On the ground floor, you will also find the modern bathroom with rain shower. There is a terrace and garden with a beautiful view. The bedroom has two comfortable box springs. Furthermore, you can relax in the local restaurants and enjoy the local beer of Affligem in the Abdijhoeve. At 5 minutes from the motorway. Within walking distance from bakery, daily newspaper trade, restaurant, deep fryer and bancontact. Less than 5 minutes by car you can find several department stores.

Bonjour, Petit studio independant se situant au rez-de chaussée de ma maison. Il dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche et WC, d'un petit coin cuisine dans une agréable et lumineuse pièce de vie. La maison se situe à Roosdaal, pas très loin de Bruxelles. Il y a un parking privatif. Une ligne de bus delijn à 2 min à pied. Le cadre est champetre et campagnard, si vous chercher du calme à proximité de Bruxelles, vous étes à la bonne adresse.

This pleasant duplex is located a stone's throw from the Basilica, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator. It offers the comforts necessary for a good stay (new bedding, Wi-Fi, Netflix, desk, etc.). Several shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants) are located close by. The city center is 15 minutes by public transport (easily accessible from the apartment) and 10 minutes by car (easy parking in the neighborhood).
