The stay was very pleasant, we were greeted by Martina who gave us all the necessary information and remained available. The apartment, spacious and bright, is completely renovated and equipped in a modern-functional style, it is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and towels and is very welcoming for four people. It also has two large balconies, one to the east overlooking the archaeological park and the new trapezoidal pier, an attraction with its own premises, and the other to the west overlooking the city center, which are a notable plus. The center is easily accessible on foot, some difficulty in parking the car. In conclusion, a very positive stay in a modern and very well-kept structure.

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

The inside was spotless, had all the amenities and necessities + more! Marco was super friendly, attentive and always responsive when we had any questions. The location was great distance wise, it was a little noisy at times due to the restaurants nearby however earplugs were provided! I would 100% recommended this place to anyone staying in Palermo. Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

We had a great stay at Lorena and Giuseppe's place. Giuseppe was always available to us, very friendly and helpful – even at check-in he flexibly adapted to our arrival time, which we appreciated very much. The apartment was clean, well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is parking directly in front of the door, a supermarket is just a few steps away and the old town is also within easy walking distance. A real highlight was the balcony with the beautiful view of the mountains - there we could start or end every day in a relaxed way. Thank you both for your hospitality and support during our stay!

Nino is a dream host and his place was thought for the comfort of his guests. We felt at home right away and if the apartment was free, we would have extended our stay. thank you Nino, we will definitely be back.

The apartment is simply amazing, the view is breathtaking and very well located, there is everything you need for your comfort, on top of that the host is very welcoming and accommodating, the apartment is close to restaurants, beaches and activities.

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located in a great location, right behind the Cathedral, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle (it is very quiet and you sleep well at night). The possibility of doing both check-in and check-out yourself makes everything even more convenient. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is brand new and very well furnished.

Cozy and clean apartment in a great location. Friendly and helpful host. The host's father, Leopoldo, owns a restaurant a few meters away, which I highly recommend for location, quality of food and excellent value for money. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Giuseppe place was lovely, clean and in a great location. Giuseppe was so kind, providing, coffee, milk, yoghurt and water. Thanks so much for hosting us, enjoy Palermo 😉

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Marta was an amazing host, very helpful, approachable and very sweet. The property was beautiful with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal to eat with a beautiful view. I would recommend Marta and her wonderful home to anyone that’s visiting Palermo. The location is amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

We loved this spot! The host was super responsive and helpful. Even helped us plan our trip to the airport. We would absolutely stay here again!

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

Our experience was like expected. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and showed great hospitality. He even went out of his way to treat us with delicious goodies, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great host! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the booking to the comunication to the checkout everything was perfect. Clean flat, everithing just 2 years old so uou could say it still new. Working jacuzzi with an amazing view. 1 min from the sea and carpark just in front. We will come again for sure in the future. We are a family of 4, 2 adults, one 7 and one 2 and there was enough space to sleep and move around.

We felt at home from the first minute and would have liked to stay longer. Flawless accommodation, very nicely located with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Everything we needed was there. Super spacious with a very nice terrace. Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view. 300 meters to the beautiful beach. To the place with many restaurants about 1.5 km. Nice hosts who were always available and gave good tips for the area. We would book the place again anytime!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.

Thank you Igor for making our first stay in Sicily super memorable! The villa is simply amazing (even way better than the pictures shown, trust me). The views of the mountain and the ocean are our favorite things to wake up to every morning. Our kids loved the swimming pool, which Igor takes great care of. We made the villa our homebase to explore Zingaro, Monreale, Palermo and Cefalu, all within an hour drive away. We also love that it's located in a very quiet and private neighbourhood. I can't recommend Igor's villa enough, to anyone who's visiting the Palermo area! Grazie mille, Igor!
