Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Many activities nearby for young and old (Bocasse amusement park, "Lac de Caniel" leisure park, tree climbing, hiking trail, museum, zoo, leisure center in Jumièges...)

This typical farm is located in its enclosed farmhouse with its horses (depending on the season) and surrounded by fields. Modernity and authenticity are the key words of our house.
