The space, formerly designated as the Municipal Hall, still retains the charm of past years with its vaulted ceiling and a large fresco representing the coat of arms of the municipality. A truly one-of-a-kind space. In addition, for an extra touch of history and prestige, the apartment is located in a building that was owned by the noble counts Thun Filippini a few centuries ago.

Gio's home

A large apartment (more than 80 sq.m., with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed), completely renovated and never offered before on the platforms. A quiet area (and silent even at night), but just a few minutes walk from the city center. Different types of neighborhood shops and supermarkets are within reach, for convenient shopping. Two terraces, to also enjoy the outdoors. This (and more) is Gio's house.

In front of us stretches the entire Adige Valley, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Farmhouse accommodation

The residence is surrounded by greenery where you can relax and take long walks. It is also an excellent base for beautiful hikes in the mountains, to Lake Molveno (34 km), to Lake Tovel (16 km), and to the Hermitage of S. Romedio. 35-square-meter studio, with panoramic balcony, private bathroom and beautiful view, double bed and sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Ideal for enjoying breakfast in bed while admiring the rising sun. Located on the first floor, it can have either the windowed bathroom or the larger balcony and non-windowed bathroom but with a larger shower.
