Holiday rentals with beach access in Tertenia

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. We had a great stay at Valentina's apartment. The place is a two minute walk from the port where boat tours leave from which was so convenient, and a five minute walk to the beach. Valentina was very responsive and sent a plumber quickly when the hot water wasn't working. We would stay here again!

Gianni's accommodation is ideally located, we loved being so close to the beach, and at this time of year it was very quiet. The surrounding nature is spectacular with beautiful unspoiled beaches and magnificent mountains and cliffs. I highly recommend this accommodation for its location and tranquility!

Very nice holiday apartment five minutes from the beach...the apartment is located in Santa Maria Naverse a beautiful place with many beaches in the area...I can highly recommend for families and also for motorcycle tours...thank you Mercedes

The apartment was very clean and everything was tidy. It's exactly like the pictures. The covered parking space on the property is perfect. The apartment is right next to the grocery store. Close to restaurants and beaches. The view from the balcony over the whole village to the sea is awesome. Every morning with the most beautiful sunrises. Silvana is always very accessible and helpful. It has everything you need. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Very nice accommodation with a wonderful balcony and wonderful views. The bathrooms are new and modern. A room is quite small for four people, but still functional and usable. The location of the accommodation is excellent: a pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away, and fantastic beaches such as Spiaggia di Cea or Lido di Orri can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car. The boat trip on Alessandro's recommendation was also highly recommended – a real highlight. Overall, a highly recommended accommodation for a successful stay.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You just have to walk across the street and you're on the beach. We had a wonderful time there!

We had a great time in Nathalies apartment. Nice views. The owner organized a baby bed and baby chair which was super good. The only thing missing for us was an extra set of towels and a coffee machine like nespresso.

What an incredible place to stay in Sardinia! The house is not only spacious and comfortable but also has an almost magical garden that feels like a hidden paradise. Its location, right next to the stunning Costa Rei beach, couldn’t be more perfect. Davide, the host, was outstanding—very accommodating and always ready to help. I truly hope to have the chance to return one day. This place made our Sardinian getaway unforgettable!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

The stay at Sonia's house was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a beautiful outdoor space that both we and our dog enjoyed! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

House as described, great location, close to beaches. Good furnishings.

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Great stay with everything you need!

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Good location for climbers. A bit chilly in the spring time so make sure you have some extra covers. GF gave us heaters so we were ok.

Had the most fabulous stay at Valentina’s! She was a fantastic host with exceptional communication. Especially impressed with all the local recommendations. Very peaceful place to stay. Clean, great location and plenty of useful items for our stay (beach towels yay!). Incredible scenery! Great hiking nearby and cruising along the coast is a must! I hope I will be back again. Everyone must visit!
