Perfect for two, (140 cm wide bed), but can accommodate four if needed (2 on the sofa bed). Private yard, two terraces, wooden sauna, barbecue area and fully equipped kitchen. An excellent choice for a vacation or business trip. Please note! The nearest store or restaurant is not just around the corner, so bring your own snacks and delicacies – here you can enjoy your own peace and quiet.

The premises are suitable for 1-2 adults and can also accommodate 1-2 children. Please note: Pets are allowed, but their number is case-specific and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

*Charming studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Valkon guest house

Our guest room, which opened in 2023, awaits your visit to the peaceful village of Valkko in Loviisa. Apartment suitable for two people with its own entrance. The stylish kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have just been renovated. You can park your car right next to the guest room. Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For the cyclist, we offer a bike wash and maintenance option.

Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

Want to enjoy a personal and tidy studio (34m2) in Loviisa city centre? This is it! The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.

The apartment has underfloor heating, a refrigerator, a small but well-equipped kitchen in connection with a larger bedroom, a really spacious bathroom with two showers, a sauna and a separate toilet. Guests also have access to the backyard terrace. Bus stop to Helsinki (line 863) 300m, (K-supermarket Tarmola) 450 m along a walkway through the forest. Porvoo city center 1.8 km.

Tiny Mini-home with its own entrance

This special property is located in the city center, i.e. Kotkansaari, in the old port. Just a stone's throw away are the Satama Arena, Vellamo and the new Xamk campus. The market and the Pasaati shopping center are about 400 m away.
