The house is charming, with beautiful decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, it was a bit warm at night for us, even with the windows open. The coffee provided was fantastic, and Kris was quick to respond to any questions. The location is excellent—just 5 minutes from white water rafting and about 45 minutes from some of the best hot air ballooning in the U.S. As avid runners, we found there weren’t any nearby jogging routes, but there are plenty of short hikes to enjoy instead.

Our favorite Airbnb so far! Jessica’s place was just right. The view was wonderful, the patios were private, the interior was beautiful with great style and comfy beds, and the place was very well stocked. Such a quiet and peaceful area. We loved hiking around the community and just enjoying the patio. Lots of hummingbirds visited us. The starry skies were awesome. Quick and easy drive into Santa Fe. Jessica was so quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. We loved everything about it and plan to come back!

Juliana's place was wonderful. I stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every second. The space itself was clean, had everything I needed for a long-term stay, and I felt right at home. The property was peaceful and serene and a perfect retreat. I enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. I was so sad to leave! I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Santa Fe - especially for a long term stay. The city is just a quick drive away.

Erin and Mehedi’s Casa Granada is a beautiful, private gem along the Rio Chama in Abiquiu. The casita is a super comfortable and spacious place to relax with a well appointed kitchen and lovely areas to eat both indoors and outside. As a nature lover, being able to look out and see the nearby bluffs, walk to the river down via a dirt path, hear the river flowing by at night, and watch the abundance of birds was a real treat. Plan on stopping at Bode’s General store on the way for groceries and bottled water-the casita has well water which is fine to drink but has a strong taste. I really enjoyed eating dinner in Abiquiu at Cafe Sierra Negra and enjoyed the ice cream from the Frosty Cow. I look forward to returning the next time I visit, and plan to spend more time in the area.

Loved the location of the property, it was peaceful and felt remote yet connected to Santa Fe. The house was charming and had everything required for a great stay. Hervé was available when needed and was friendly and accommodating.

This was the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. Everything you need to feel connected to NM and stay relaxed with nature. All the little details of heart-shaped stones, sage to clear your mind, the bamboo toilet paper to softest sheets ever. The views will not disappoint. This place is magical. I’ll definitely be back soon. It’s the perfect place to unwind from the daily tech world and ground yourself with nature. The sounds of the wind to the humming birds zooming past you, the sunset views and the clear skies full of stars. This place has it all!

The location is unbearable. Walking distance to almost everything in town, and you feel like you’re getting an authentic experience living in Santa Fe, especially with the unique architecture of the casita. Place was clean and comfortable. Mark was communicative and lovely. There are two outdoor patios that are lovely, and a washer dryer which is a game saver if you’ve packed light. And there’s the added perk of the cat that lives next door named Lucy! 10/10. Don’t miss out!

An amazing stay for a romantic getaway for two! Comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of living space, amazing natural lighting, and a beautiful back door patio – great for morning coffee or late night stargazing. The second bedroom would be perfect for kiddos another time, but we used its large closets as our dressing room – very posh! Very quiet, private – nothing but the birds, a few deer, and one very cute lizard. Just down the drive is a trailhead to open space trails, which was a nice surprise – we went for a 5 mile loop! A quick 15 min drive into town, worth it if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the bustle. Jody was very friendly and responsive - we’d definitely stay here again!

I loved this place. Very quiet but also right in town and within walking distance of the local restaurants/shops. Very clean and the AC stayed quite cool in the New Mexico heat. A true gem.

Gracious host. Felt as if I were TRULY staying in someone's home. so many little details provided by someone who made the effort to think what all a traveler may need while away from own home.

Katie’s place was in a great location - walkable to all of downtown Santa Fe with a parking spot in case you wanted to drive out of town. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and the kitchen had the basics we needed.

This place is super clean and so close to downtown! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our time here. It was super quiet, peaceful, and private.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Clean, reasonably priced, centrally located, felt safe at night. The washer + dryer in the private outdoor space was a godsend. Thoughtful amenities. Definitely worth it if you’re like us and spending a lot of time on the go during your trip!

Great location as you can walk to the historic plaza with all the shops, museums, and restaurants. There is also a great view of the town from the top of the hill just a few feet from the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for your Santa Fe stay!

We were delighted with the place. Very cool design and charming Santa Fe touches. The location was great. Walkable to many restaurants and galleries. We enjoyed the little patio and sat outside daily. Ghita was very responsive as we needed a large parking space for our van. She confirmed quickly that we would have a great long spot! We were there a week and it became our home in Santa Fe. The place had everything we needed. Great air conditioning (it was blistering hot outside) great shower and comfy bed. Thanks so much Ghita.

Marks place was great, location convenient to getting around, furnishings very comfortable and relaxing. Mark was responsive and provided clear instructions, we really enjoyed our stay.

A couple, individual or even small family could pay as much or much more for a compact hotel room and get a bed and bathroom and some kind of TV and maybe something to sit on. Or you could rent the Casita and (although not a huge space overall) get: a comfortable living room with adequate seating, a hide-a-bed and a Roku-equipped smart TV; a good-sized dining room with solid table and four matching chairs (plus the laundry closet); a galley-sized but very well equipped modern kitchen; a functional bathroom with a great walk-in shower; a decent sized bedroom with closet, dresser and another Roku TV; plus a private patio with dining/sunning table, great landscaping, a nice gas grill - even a little water feature. Plus the location very central to SF's most popular attractions (and Trader Joe's hardly two blocks away); parking just a few steps from the door; and very responsive and gracious hosts - who take the desert SW form and color themes with the decor to the next level.

Everything met our expectations. The owner is wonderful. This made for easy travel and a relaxing time. I cannot think of anything we would change.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed at in Santa Fe. The Railyard area is close to downtown Santa Fe by car. There was a private place to park right in front of the condo. The outside courtyard was so nice to relax in the afternoon with a local beer. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes. There are coffee pods for the morning. Also loved the beautiful decor in all the rooms. The living room was cozy and the TV had roku. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had plush towels and was very clean. Nice big dining room table if you like cooking meals. I recommend Baked and Brew close by if you are craving a latte and homemade pastries. Oscar's tree across from Baked and Brew is the best place to buy a Kiva ladder. Go to PakMail if you want to ship it home. Artifact consignment shop nearby always has something fun. Would stay here again!
