Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
