She was incredibly proactive, informing me well in advance about any scheduled disruptions, such as electricity outages, and even provided exact times when services would resume. Her communication was impeccable—she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Marina’s attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service made her the best subtenant. Without hesitation, I would reuse her services in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-managed flat and someone who genuinely cares about their comfort and experience. She’s simply outstanding!

Tamara was an excellent host! Incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she even went out of her way to send me some local wine from her family, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment is well located, just a short distance from central Tbilisi, making it very convenient. The only small downside is that the apartment doesn’t get much natural daylight, but that’s more about the building than anything else. As a host, Tamara was absolutely perfect, warm, responsive, and genuinely sweet. Highly recommended!
