Thanh and his wife host a fantastic homestay! Thanh is a super fast person to get in touch with, and offers various recommendations for the local area. He can also arrange bus tickets to pick you up from the place as well. The place is very clean, AC is great, and the WiFi is also fast. Side note, can’t tell from the photos but the rooms also come with a mini fridge and large plug-in fan. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.

Our stay was very last minute as we had a cruise cancelled on the day and had to find an alternative accommodation, but it turned out to be for the best, as we had a beyond amazing time here! 🤩 The host was super helpful arranging a transfer for us as well, very responsive and friendly during the whole stay. Our villa was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a private pool that is actually of a good size, good AC (much needed) and privacy windows all around - you really can feel like you are in a luxurious glass cube (with privacy windows) but right in the middle of peaceful nowhere! This tranquil garden was a much needed heaven on earth for us after visiting some of the chaotic cities the days before. They also provide free bicycles, so it was an easy and fun way to get around and to the attractions nearby. Even though the location is a bit remote, there were quite a few restaurants in walking distance with great and friendly service. I can highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was there on my own & really felt like honeymoon with myself. It’s so beautiful. So quiet. If you wan't to meet lot's of young people, you might have to go to a hostel or something, but if you want a friendly environment in such an awesome Spot, you will love it.

Wow. If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it. You won’t regret it! Sy is such a magnificent, kind, proactive, friendly, caring, and generous host. She’s one of the best airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! Her and her husband are the sweetest and I felt so taken care of, from the welcome fruit and local recommendations to asking if we need anything along the way to being flexible with our breakfast and checkout and beyond. Last but certainly not least, we accidentally left a bag at the accommodation, and she graciously, without question, drove to deliver it to us before our scheduled bus took off! I asked if she wanted payment and she didn’t accept. What a kind, wonderful woman. And beyond the hospitality, the room itself was gorgeous and the view was phenomenal. It ended up raining and we didn’t do the boat tour we were planning, and we weren’t even that upset because we got to spend more time chilling in the room and on the beautiful balcony. I loved it here & recommend!
