Monthly Rentals in Thailand

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

This was my second time staying at this beautiful villa and will definitely be returning again. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend. 5 🌟

We enjoyed our one-month stay very much. The Garden Condo building has a large, clean pool, a gym and a quiet lounge area. It is located directly on a main road, so it is very central, but still it is super quiet in the apartment. We liked it very much and Alston is very friendly and always helpful. Thanks for the wonderful time :)

the bungalows were amazing..receptive host and Chart did a good job of making sure we were comfortable. felt like family in the whole area. good food and massage across street, wonderful area-so beyond beautiful. we want to live there now. they even let us know about the river which was better than the ocean and crystal clear with locals serving great food and cold beer. will absolutely return if possible. this is truly a hidden gem on a diamond of an island.
