It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. Located just 5 mins outside of Tillsonburg ont is this beautiful private country upstairs apartment. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.

This is a modern renovated non-smoking 1 bedroom. The space was renovated and furnished with the Airbnb guest in mind. New tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. ✔Nice living room with a large flat screen tv ✔Netflix ✔high speed WIFI ✔One FREE parking spot. This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.
