From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

Cherry Tree House is a private apartment within our house with own entrance. We live in the other half of the house with no access to your apartment. King size Hypnos bed, fully fitted kitchen, range cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Own bathroom with a huge walk in shower. A 40" TV with Now TV and Netflix, so you can relax and catch up with a box set. Tea/coffee facilities are provided. You also have shared access to our peaceful garden. No children or pets.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.

Once here there is no need to drive as all the shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cinema and beach are on your doorstep. Several large supermarkets and Westwood Cross Shopping Center ten minutes drive away. Light and airy in the summer, warm and cosy in the winter. Unforgettable view all year around!
