Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

Our guesthouse is in our back garden, we are in main house if you need any assistance. Property is on quiet street in Margate just mile away from Margate centre. Little guesthouse based on a couple stay. Family of 4 could be accommodate ( 2 adults, 2 children) if they happy to share sofa bed (additional charge). Property has bedroom with double bed, living space with small kitchen which includes kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Parking near the house. Entrance through the garden side gate.
