Monthly Rentals in Thao Dien

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

The stay was pleasant, and the room was worth the money to stay in the heart of Thao Dien. It is very easy to access all the nice restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a washing machine that we happily used to wash our clothes as we had a long trip until we arrived at Ho Chi Minh City. The host was super nice and polite, ready to support you at any time. Highly recommend for a short stay in this area. The room looks exactly as in the photo.

I've been to Thao's places multiples times and this time was as great as before. Thao and her family are the best hosts ever. The apartment is spacious, cozy, super clean, has a great kitchen and comfy bed, nice shower and the neighborhood is super quiet (during the night and also during the day), but close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect place to stay in Thao Dien. I hope I can stay again here in the future. Totally recommended.
