Beautiful spacious garden house close to the beach. A unique opportunity to stay in a romantic and spacious garden house in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Wassenaar, a suburb of The Hague. This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Located in 'the Zeeheldenkwartier', in the center of The Hague, with many cozy (breakfast) and (take away) restaurants and nice small shops. Het appartement bevindt zich in hartje Den Haag in de prachtige Archipelbuurt. Het is boutique stijl ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Het heeft twee bad- en slaapkamers naast een woonkamer en keuken. Het appartement is op loopafstand van hartje centrum, supermarkt, bakker, slager en delicatessen zaakjes en maar 10 minuten fietsen naar het strand van Scheveningen. Het gehele huis is recent verbouwd waarbij we zoveel mogelijk orginele details hebben bewaard.

The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Dit sfeervolle guesthouse is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.
