It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has its own entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has its own terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. The apartment is a comfortable and pleasant space that invites you to relax and unwind after a day full of activities in the city. It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and in 20 minutes you can walk to parks where you can enjoy nature.

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
