The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Welcome in my cosy holidayhouse with a green garden. The park is located next to the dunes and within a 15 min walk through the dunes you'll arrive at the beach. It is possible to book the sauna for 40 euro's for half a day. There is central heating and pellet stove in the house so it is also warm in winter.
