The Greenport Townhouse - Amazing Location & Large Backyard

The house is located on a .35 acre lot with plenty of outdoor dining space and a huge grass area with a firepit & hammock. There are 2 floors. The first floor has an open floor plan with a connecting kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar. There is also a bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 full-sized beds. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a loft/den area. The three bedrooms on this floor have 1 queen bed+futon, 2 full-sized beds, and 2 twin beds (which can be made together to form a king upon request), respectively. All rooms have AC. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 on each floor) and a washer/dryer. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard area. We respect your privacy, but we are accessible if you have questions or need anything throughout your stay. Greenport was voted one of the prettiest towns in America by Forbes magazine. It has a vibrant and relaxing culture, offering access to beaches, wine tasting, and wonderful restaurants. The Shelter Island Ferry and Hampton Jitney stops are nearby. We are just a few short blocks from the Hampton Jitney stop, the LIRR station, and the Shelter Island Ferry. No car necessary - you can walk wherever you need!

Apartment is in the BASEMENT of a 2500 sft home. The apartment is at least 800 square feet and has a private entrance. Has Keurig ( which I supply coffee , sugar and creamer for) , full stove, big frig, a microwave, toaster, hair Dryer and iron. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. NO PETS ALLOWED

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, private and well equipped. Despite the train being directly behind us, the noise was not disruptive at all !(The walls were properly insulated ) The parking was secure and private. Great location

Southampton Village Near Ocean & Shops - Studio B

Wonderful studio in the heart of Southampton. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. The studio was incredibly clean and fresh, and looked very new and well kept. Paul and Joan answered questions I had quickly and offered recommendations when I asked. They voluntarily opened the space earlier than anticipated. Their check in instructions were clear and everything was described to make it easy for us. Parking on site was a huge plus. I am appreciative of their hospitality and would recommend this place in the future to any prospective renters.

Jaime’s home is lovely, very accurate from the description and photos. It comfortably fit our group- which was 6 adults and 2 kids, with the bedroom above the garage as a spare room. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to East Hampton town (about a mile). The house also sits down a long driveway and has a nice size yard which was great for kids. The house is kid friendly; except the banister on the staircase was missing on one side. So unless resolved, a bit dangerous for toddlers. It seemed like a temporary problem, but worth asking if you have small children. Overall we had a great holiday here! We would come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Victoria was an incredible host. The house is in an amazing location, close to so many great spots in the Hamptons. It was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every appliance you could need. Victoria was extremely responsive and gave us some fantastic local recommendations. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Hamptons getaway!
