We had a great time staying at Priya's condo. It looks just like its shown in the pictures. We were down in Lakewood National visting grandparents, and this was the perfect spot for us. A master suite for me & my wife, and two beds in a separate room for the kids. AC+laundry both worked great, and the interior was clean and in good condition. I would stay here again the next time we're in the Bradenton area.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Siesta Key. We had arrived to Siesta Key early and Kyle was very accommodating and let us check in early. He checked on us multiple times during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Having all of the beach gear included with the rental was a major plus. The location was also great, about a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the village. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing apartment! it's in a fantastic location with lots of extras like beach towles and chairs, which we loved as our cases got lost. Very beautiful location with fabulous pools. The local beach is stunning! We will be back we loved it and Joyce was a perfect host.

Local Property was more than amazing! Host responded super fast and always kind, super helpful. Self check in was easy and the place was really easy to find. Everything was super clean, had all the amenities listed and more, pool area was absolutely beautiful and warm, I felt like I was at my own home! I will definitely be coming back if I’m in town again. Thank you so much letting us stay at your place.

We had so much fun! The location is beautiful. It’s right on the bay. There was a pool and tiki hut over looking the water. It was also just A shower walk to the beach. We took our boat and spent a lot of time on the water. It has a landing close and the dock was right on the property. This place was so everything we wanted. Can’t wait to book our next trip.

Firstly we would like to thank Linda for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring host. From the moment I requested to book the apartment to the day we departed she answered any questions we had within minutes. Shorewalk villas is a wonderful complex . The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we loved the proximity of supermarkets etc. Most mornings we went to the beach approximately 15 mins away and spent 4 or 5 hours there (using Linda's beach equipment which is all provided) and then back to Shorewalk where we would relax around the pools. The apartment itself was exactly as shown on photos. . Its in a wonderful position right by the clubhouse and amenities. It's very spacious, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is very well equipped, 3 very big TVs. Thank you Linda for the treats you provided for us and the well stocked bathrooms. Everything we might have needed was there. this was by far our favorite vacation ever! the place was very clean, cozy, and perfect for our week. the hosts were very kind and responsive. can’t recommend this enough! siesta key was a beautiful place to stay, as well. so many good restaurants and little shops with lots to do! our favorite restaurant was spearfish 10/10 recommend. we will definitely be coming back again to this airbnb!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

Highly recommend! Condo is clean, great amenities and location is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

This was such a great condo. Very comfortable, lovely decor, and all amenities you need. Even had a nice screen porch with a view of a creek. We really appreciated all the beach supplies--we could walk out the door with towels, umbrella, and chairs and be at the beach in 10 minutes. There was even an ice chest. Anita has really thought of everything to make this a great stay. She was amazing as a host! Super responsive to any questions and flexible. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Everything is so nice and beach themed. Great location and the restaurant on site is wonderful. Would recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing wonderful time.

The condo was very comfortable and clean! I stayed an extra day and Tee was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. People in the condo community where very friendly. I especially liked that I had a specific covered parking spot each time I returned, so there were no problems with parking. I frequent Siesta Key and this location on the bay side is nice!

It was a very clean and modern unit. Two very comfortable queen size beds. Fantastic views of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. Great parking and easily accessible elevator or stairs. Very quiet, not many people around. Felt like we had the pool and beach area to ourselves. Great lounge chairs for use on the beach the unit had two umbrellas for our personal use. Publix supermarket 2 miles away was very convenient as well as many great restaurants and shopping. Roman was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. Highly recommenced.

Nice little condo, cozy and clean. Great value and location. Easy walk to the beach and to the village with great restaurants and little shops. Joe is a great host: he sent video instructions, that were very helpful. His response time was excellent. Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Bradenton at Shorewalk. The condo is on the second floor , not very many steps. The condo was clean and spacious and evening went great! Thank you Hannah and Helen for providing us a great place to stay during our trip!
