We had a quick stay for two nights, so cute and very clean! The view is something out of a fairytale. So peaceful and serene - a great stay for a couple or solo traveller.

The Beekeeper's Cottage

This property and the host get very high reviews and it is so well deserved. As I write this …. I am waiting for a swarm to renter a hive …(I could post a picture… if I could post a picture here 😊). This is what can happen if one has to take a vacation in swarm season…. Lucky Q was clipped. Not forgetting Father and son H&C …. Go raibh mile Maith 👍

Eagles Nest cabin Westport/ Connemara

AgnieszkaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Michael’s cabin, it was the perfect getaway from the rush and noise of the city. Nestled in beautiful natural surroundings, the cabin offered a peaceful escape where we could truly unwind. The highlight for us was the hot tub with breathtaking mountain views, a perfect way to relax after a full day of hiking. At night, the sound of rain on the roof made the cabin feel extra cosy and helped us sleep so well. It’s also an ideal base for exploring Connemara and Westport. Michael was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. We’d love to come back for another peaceful break. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Regina was wonderful it's a great little get away; nice, peaceful, relaxing and great views all around. Regina was the perfect host greeting us at the door making us feel very welcomed, giving us tips on what to do in the local area and leaving us some of her signature scones to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying with Regina.

River Cottage Retreat~Sauna~Cold Plunge~Waterfall

ViktorRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at River Cottage felt less like checking into an Airbnb and more like stepping into Anna and Luke’s thoughtfully curated retreat. Nestled beside a usually gentle stream, the cottage offered a rare kind of quiet. We found ourselves unwinding in ways we hadn’t expected. As if the place itself were helping us silence the usual rush of thoughts. The sauna and cold plunge, discreetly positioned at the water’s edge, added a touch of simple luxury. They blended seamlessly into the natural surroundings rather than standing out as flashy extras, even when lit up at night. We explored the surrounding area by car and found Sligo to be the perfect complement to the cottage’s peaceful seclusion. My wife and I already feel drawn back to this little slice of Ireland - eager for another chance to recharge in the calm that Anna and Luke have created. We’re also looking forward to seeing their next ideas come to life.

Panoramic lake view cottage 2

Not enough words available to describe our experience with the host and the place. Hugh went out of his way for everything we asked for. He even brought down sheeps for my kids to see and gave them an unforgettable experience. He gave amazing recommendations for scenic drives and places. Everything was just perfect. I would suggest anyone booking that you make sure weather is sunny or dry. Because the scenery is breathtaking. Even if you don’t go any places, staying in the house is also worth it. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. For my kids, first time they were sad that the holidays ended. Thanks to Hugh and his lovely boys. Our trip was worth every penny.
