Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλο ένα σπιτάκι με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας το οποίο διαχωρίζεται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας. Η βόρια πλευρά εχει θέα το καταπράσινο Μεσσάπιο όρος ενω η νότια κοιτά τον βόρειο ευβοϊκό κόλπο. Η παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500 μέτρα, (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Το λιμανάκι ειναι 1 χιλιόμετρο μακριά, ενω το κέντρο της Χαλκίδας ειναι στα 7 χιλιόμετρα, (περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Απο την Αθήνα απέχει 75 χιλιόμετρα (40 με 50 λεπτά)

Our house is in the Panorama area, in Malakonta, Evia. It is bright and spacious with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. It is 250 sqm and can accommodate from 8 to 10 people, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 WC, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplace, barbecue, parking, large terraces, a lovely garden , a pool and a pool table. It is only 8 minutes away by car, from the port and center. It is an ideal choice for friends and families.

Villa Semele is a traditionally-built stone cottage on the unspoilt Greek island of Evia. It is some 700m from the nearest (secluded) beach and is only 90 minutes’ drive from Athens airport.

Finally , if you wish to buy various products , there are also the corresponding supermarkets.
