This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Enjoy the calm of this unique and rejuvenating place. Independent apartment under our wooden family cottage located on the edge of the forest with exceptional views of the Amel Valley. The tranquility of the place makes it a real slice of paradise. It offers many opportunities for walks in the forest (Ninglinspo, Chefna, Charmille...), directly accessible from the accommodation. For animal lovers, we have two sheep and chickens on the site.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The 42 has just been completely renovated. It is a ground floor apartment, located next to the Ravel, a 5-minute walk to the city center, a 10-minute drive to Francorchamps. Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.

Our cottage, for 2 people, is an ideal romantic pied-à-terre. It is quietly located in the village of Harzé. It is also the perfect place for outdoor activity lovers. I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Small independent apartment on the ground floor of a large house, close to everything, but sheltered in the woods; for cocooning or as a simple base, this accommodation is suitable for a couple with or without children, even young children. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, 2 x 1 person bed + sofa bed + baby bed.

Historic cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau. When the window is open, you can hear the Rur rushing by and have a beautiful view all the way to the Red House. On cold days, the oven provides cozy warmth. We look forward to seeing you soon.
