we had a really nice stay in this cozy and quiet house. great terrace with a lot of space, nice hammocks. even some beach games we could take to the beach. at night the temperature in the bedrooms was just perfect. nice and simple kitchen that did provide everything needed even a huge gas grill we didn't use. definitely will come again some time. thanks a lot for this nice week!

Perfect size for a couple, the apartment was very clean and modern with a beautiful panoramic view of most of the island, and a great location too. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Ravis de notre séjour ! Maison au calme assez proche en voiture du joli port de Naoussa, vue sur mer, joli jardin privatif qui fait le tour de la maison, terrasse à l'abri du soleil. Très propre et charmant, accueil souple et souriant ! Grand ménage au bout de 3 jours : maison étincellante à notre retour, la femme de ménage a très gentillement sorti et étendu le linge de la machine à laver et relancé la machine suivante : adorable ! L'étage inférieur est en souplex, petites fenêtre en hauteur dans les 2 chambres, ce doit être bien rafraichissant pendant les chaudes journées (nous y étions la première semaine de mai, pas de chance, la météo était bien mauvaise, un peu humide les jours de pluie en bas mais certainement pas le cas quand il fait beau !). Nos enfants ont adoré le grand espace du bas ! (Par contre je déconseille pour les jeunes enfants, les planches de sécurité de l'escalier sont trop espacées à mon avis) Nous reviendrons :-)

Such a beautiful villa and easy to walk to local town for restaurants, shops and views from top of the hill. Spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were amazing. I think the only odd thing was that they only provided two bottles of water for the entire stay: as you can’t use tap water even to cook it meant having to carry it back from town. Other hosts we stayed with replenished the bottles during our stay. Also just be aware not fully private, you share an entrance with other villas. As this is the one at the front it means they can see your pool area as they come and go. Not a problem just some people may want more privacy.

I had a great experience staying at Perivoli! The area was so green and welcoming, a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Stefanos and Stella were so friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. Check in was easy and uncomplicated. I think it's a great base, especially if you're looking to explore more of the island outside of Chora. It's not really within walking distance of town, but it's a 5 minute ride by car or quad/bike (you could walk if you wanted, but the road is pretty busy). There are also some nice wineries nearby. One minor note I have to mention is that parking is quite tight - the parking area is between two walls and I couldn't find space to turn around, so I had to make a 4-5 point turn between the walls to get my small car around. It's certainly doable, but you'd be much better off with a bike or quad. At least a small a car. Other than that, everything was great and I would certainly stay here again, I recommend to anyone looking to explore Naxos island!

Ottima posizione per chi vuole restare defilato dal caos, allo stesso tempo a piedi sono raggiungibili tantissimi ristoranti lungo la spiaggia. Maria host impeccabile, presente e velocissima nel rispondere ai vari quesiti. Casa molto carina e confortevole con una stanza matrimoniale con letto alla francese e una con due letti singoli. Ampio soggiorno con cucina e un bagno spazioso con finestra. Terrazza al piano superiore e parte fuori super godibile. Poi Santorini è davvero bella.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Maria. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, propre, confortable, bien équipé. La vue est magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal pour profiter du calme, de la chora, et découvrir Naxos. Nous y sommes restés 3 jours et cela fut court. Maria est une hôte formidable et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Elle est "aux petits soins" pour vous et vous donne de très bons conseils pour profiter de l'île (et peut s'occuper de la location de votre voiture). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The House of the Midnight Sheep is located in a beautiful spot with views to the sea and over the hills. It’s very peaceful above a charming village, straight onto hiking paths. The house is a lovely place to idle with gorgeous interiors and terraces. Everything has been carefully curated for comfort and aesthetic pleasure from cutlery to cushions to bed linen. Early April has its merits, including spring flowers and quiet roads, but we need to return when it’s warmer to use the outdoor shower. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay on your wonderful farm. The setting was beautiful and the views to the sea as the sun set were truly magnificent. We loved the isolated, quiet, peace and the simplicity of the accommodation. We had plenty of hot water and the the property is self suffecient in electricity which was great on one night when the whole island had a power cut. Kostas was very helpful and informative on the first day, showing us all he has achieved in just a few short years and he checked in with us a couple of times during the week but was respectful of the fact we were on holiday. We would recommend ear plugs as the cockerels start crowing very early and at night there is the sound of the large wind turbines on the opposite hill. We enjoyed the hikes to the deserted beaches and although many restaurants were closed as it was early in the season we found Plakostroto served great food with amazing views of the sunset. Idyllic setting, peaceful and homely place to stay. Homegrown vegetables and baking provided on arrival. Extremely warm welcome and ongoing interaction with the family. Pool and beach are absolutely ideal for a family vacation, definitely need a car to get there and around. However it's absolutely worth it for the serenity of the setting.

Simply put, an unspoiled heaven on earth! Absolutely astonishing villa in the best spot of the entire island! Quiet, peaceful, authentic. Great restaurants in the area, nice villages reachable by car, and three 'private' beaches right in front of the property (of course public ones, but usually empty). The best place on earth to relax, live, and feel the authentic island life, getting the most out of your time on Naxos, away from the tourist crowds! We found olive oil, raki, honey, sea salt, and more in the house - all self-made! The grapes, figs, and lemons from the garden were the cherry on top of the cake, best breakfast ever. Don't miss out on the boat trip provided by them; it will be one of the best experiences of your life! Evangelia's Palatiana property was the perfect place to experience the countryside in Naxos during our trip to Greece. The room was spacious and spotless, and had ample room for our family of four (including a babycot). The property itself is stunning - beautiful landscaping and spacious but quiet and private. Our 3 year old was in heaven - she spent hours discovering little lizards, different flowers, a cat or two that wandered through, and listening to the cicadas or occasional donkey on a neighbouring property. The breakfast and snacks were incredible - best breakfast easily during our 6 weeks in Greece. Evangelia is lovely as well, and gave us a recommendation for an excellent restaurant in the town of Galini a short walk away.

Loved Our Stay .. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, and a loft with two beds. But this was not an issue for the two couples that used it. The host met us on arrival . The home was well put together, All the necessary items were there, When we ran out of cooking Oil, Our host brought us a small bottle. The home is well maintained , host was very communicative and always responded within a few min . Highly recommend this stay. - For New Guests, renting a car is advisable , the island is not that big, but having a car as recommended was the best - Will stay here again if we visit again.

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect escape for a large family like ours. The rooms were all great and the hang out areas and pool created the perfect environment for us to spend quality time together. We also loved being in this area of Paros and away from the hectic areas in the north.

Mathilde was kind, patient, and super helpful with all our questions. Everything from booking to check-out went smoothly, and she gave us amazing tips for beaches and restaurants. The house was spotless and really well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds super comfy, and the house looked even better than the pictures. One thing I loved is that the pool was long enough to actually swim in, and also it’s right next to a second outdoor kitchen. We spent a lot of time just hanging out there, absolutely loved it! The location is peaceful and totally private, and the view is honestly out of this world, probably the best I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The place is also full of beautiful art and thoughtful details. You can tell Mathilde has amazing taste and class and truly cares about comfort and design. All in all, this place is absolutely worth every penny. I can recommend it without hesitation and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Greece.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η υπέροχη βίλα του Ζαχαρία και της Μίνας, όλα ήταν τέλεια! Η βίλλα ήταν πολύ καθαρή και διακοσμημένη με γούστο . Με έναν πολύ όμορφο κήπο. Και το πιο υπέροχο ήταν η αξέχαστη θέα στη θάλασσα από τη βεράντα ! Παιδιά, σας ευχαριστώ πολύ,θα σας ξανά επισκέπτομαι !!!

Villa magnifique ! Dans un cadre idyllique au milieu des oliviers et cactus. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Kyriakos nous a très bien accueillit et s’est montré très disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous avons énormément apprécié sa réactivité ainsi que sa bienveillance. Ce logement vous permettra de passer un excellent séjour à Paros !

A most beautiful house. Extraordinary location steps from the beautiful sea, a gorgeous church, a lovely local taverna and a cafe. The garden and balconies offer incredible serenity and peace and beauty at every turn. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful and we cooked outside at night and enjoyed the warm nights and beautiful stars. Our family of two adults, two kids (10 and 13 year olds) will dream about this place for the years to come. Thankyou so much. Emily and family

We had an amazing stay at Nine Graces. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I do not have enough space to write a review that truly encapsulates how wonderful our stay was. From the beginning Tassos was incredibly communicative and sent us everything we’d need to have a great trip while visiting the island. He booked us the best table to watch the sunset from Gefsis BUT I recommend you eating before or after sunset and just enjoying it from your home. It’s the best view! The home was clean, stocked with water, snacks and creamer. The coffee delicious. Our breakfast delivered every morning to the pool table and YUMMY! The pool was WAYY bigger in person than what the pictures showed. We had such a blast. I’m 5’5 and it went up to my chin! Oia is about a 15 minute walk and it is a big uphill path so if you’re going out for a fancy dinner, I’d recommend renting a car and trying to find parking as we both got super sweaty. While visiting we went to city Kamari to enjoy food from Kiwi, shop and swan in the black pebble beach. This place is AMUST STAY!
