Located in Thollon-les-Mémises at Grand Roc (altitude 1050 m), 2 km from the resort. Its privileged position "without vis-à-vis" offers a stunning view of Lake Geneva. Ideal for enjoying snow and skiing in winter, hiking in the mountains, and the lake in summer. This chalet will appeal to mountain lovers who enjoy being away from the noise and immersed in nature.

Small functional apartment on 2 levels with mezzanine attic (140 cm bed) and attic bedroom (3 90 cm beds). Large south-facing balcony. Mountain views. All comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, small freezer, 2 ovens, 2 TVs, DVD player with children's and adult DVDs, board games, towel dryer, barbecue, etc. From €250 to €530/week. 2 nights minimum. Possibility to provide sheets (€6/bed and €9/beds ready on arrival) and towels (€3). Orange Wi-Fi since June 24.
