Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We had a wonderful stay with Barbara and John. The home was very comfy, clean, and organized. Quick responses and lots of knowledge for the area. Walking distance to lots of local shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again on future trips.

A wonderful place to stay, close to UNCG, within a nice easy walk to restaurants, bars, and a grocery. House is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Comfy beds, good water pressure, nice screened-in porch for sitting. Everything was easy and hope to stay there again!

After spending a couple of nights here, I’m really considering moving to the area soon!! I felt completely safe and comfortable in the neighborhood and the city, especially with how close it feels to being “near downtown.” Highly recommend booking when this place is available!

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, very nicely remodeled. Easy to get in, I see reviews complaining about it being cold inside but I think it was perfect, about 68 F if I had to guess which is perfect. Private parking however I recommend using SUV or truck because the gravel driveway is very uneven. The Airbnb had everything you need, everything. The location is private but the surrounding streets are busy at night so just be aware. Overall good experience.

Pictures match the property. It has been upgraded with Nice bathroom fixtures, Kitchen is great with new appliances including a coffee maker with coffee supplied. Tvs in both bedrooms and a larger one in den with nice sectional. A motion sensor light above driveway which is nice when going outside to get something out of vehicle. The property is extremely clean and pristine. Carrie really is a superhost that responds quickly to any questions you might have. Book with confidence with Carrie's care!!! 5 stars everyday!

First off Carson is an amazing host! We absolutely loved our stay here. My family of 4 felt right at home. The house and kitchen is well stocked with towels, linens, pillows, pots/pans, cups etc. I only brought seasonings and food. The beds are extremely comfortable and so are the pillows. We are an outdoor family so this spot hit all our outdoor needs. Ate outside a lot, the grill, the table, the fire pit and spacious yard was perfect for us! Now the dock and lake. That’s where we spent most of our time. Beautiful long dock with stairs at the end to jump in and cool off. Brought my own life jackets for the kids. The water is nice and clean as well. We also spent hours fishing here and got lucky with some nice catches. The surrounding neighbors are great we made friends with everyone near by and their sweet puppies especially Lucy and Braxton. DoorDash, Instacart and Dominoes delivery out there for days I didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed this stay very very much, we will be back.

My husband and daughter had the pleasure of meeting Mohamed and his wife during an overnight stay. I had planned to join them after flying back into the States, but unfortunately, a flight delay kept me from making it. Mohamed was so kind and gracious, even offering us another night so I could experience their wonderful place as well. My husband shared how warm and welcoming they were, and how at home they felt. We can’t wait for the chance to return and visit again!

This adorable house and just what my husband and I were looking for. Close enough to Greensboro, to go to concert. But away from the city with the BEST backyard for privacy and relaxation. Thoughtful decor and thankful for the coffee provided for the morning. 5 stars.

Perfect place to stay for the night. Great location and so easy to find. Extremely clean and spacious for 6 people. We will stay again on a trip to North Carolina

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I really enjoyed this condo! it was clean, quiet, and very well equipped. the location was really nice and close to a ton of restaurants and stores! Artan gave clear instructions and made my time super easy! Would definitely stay again!

Probably the best location in Winston. Easily walkable to many places, a cozy setup, and a well stocked place. Will definitely be returning in our future trips to Winston.

Thank you for another great stay in Greensboro! Our commute to the Tanger Center was easy and close to walk. Bottom floor location kept street noise to a minimum, corner unit was quite. It was our 2nd time staying at Jamie's place and we will return again!
