Whilst it's tranquil location is perfect for ensuring a relaxing holiday, it is close to all the main attractions offered in both the Vezere and Dordogne valleys, and surrounding areas.

You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
