Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. A newly furnished kitchen with all kinds of amenities and adjoining the sitting area with TV and WiFi. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

You will be staying 50 m from the bicycle route network. You can wander endlessly there. Maps are available free of charge. Within walking distance you will find (take-away) restaurants, cafes, department stores, bakery... National parks Hoge Kempen and Bosland are 15 km away. Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

The bike and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond are all in the immediate vicinity.( about 20 min.)

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
