Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thorold

Stayed for the night for a wedding we were attending at the Stonewall Estates just under 20 mins away. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the house was very spacious and clean. Yuqing was lovely and flexible allowing an early check in so we could get ready for the wedding. Yuqing also responded within minutes to any question I had. Lovely stay!

Such a beautiful house! From the outside looked so tiny but once we walked in we were surprised how well divided and spacious it was. Kayla was very great with responding right away as well! Will definitely be back

We traveled from Michigan and were so excited to stay in a house with our extended family. The house did not disappoint - it was the best location! Close enough to the Falls, restaurants, and a park but not right in the middle of everything. Perfect quiet neighborhood for kids. The house was beautiful and the beds were comfy. The hosts were gracious and friendly. The only critique we have would be all the pet hair we found when we got there, and that the kitchen was missing some key pieces for us to make a home cooked meal. Other than that, we loved every thing about this place.

New detached house in the Thorold South area - 15min drive to Niagara and 30min to NOTL. Not much food in the vicinity - will need to drive to Thorold or Niagara for food - even Tim Hortons does not deliver to the area. As seen in other reviews, opposite of the house are newly constructed house/town houses. It wasn't muddy when I went but I can see how it could've been. The houses are nearly done though, so it wasn't too bad. Major complaint is the garage does not have an opener - need to open manually and there was not much instruction provided on this (if you aren't used to it). House is fully stocked with extra supply of sheets/blankets/towels/toilet paper. Appreciate this. Curtains are thin, it was a bit bright around 5:30am. One of the beds was quite squeaky, was a bit hard to sleep. Overall, not bad, house is quite basic but great for a short stay.

Hands down one of the best airbnb experiences. I wish we could have just moved in for good! Everything was spotlessly clean and absolutely pleasant. Typically i find lot airbnbs can be neat and tidy but often not perfectly clean (e.g. dusty or dirty dinnerware / cups) but not Nicole's place. It was also great to have a list of everything she already had (like salt & pepper, oil) so we knew how much to bring. Bonus was having a LOT of stuff to do in the yard. We spent most of the evening outside playing games!

We had a wonderful stay at Manju’s home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Manju was friendly, always responsive, and proactive with helpful instructions and thoughtful touches. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Excellent location! Love the decor. Only downfall was the tall narrow staircase(really hard for luggage) and no AC! Otherwise excellent stay.

We recently had a great weekend stay at Sunny's place not far from Niagara Falls! Very easy to check in, super clean and comfortable with many little appreciated additions such as slippers, snacks, lots of blankets and my sons girlfriend visiting from Thailand loved the chocolates on the pillows! ❤️ Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Niagara area, we would definitely book again if we visit in the future! If you are looking to stay in the area, then I would recommend staying here. The location is great and only a 30 minute walk away from from the falls. The house is located in a very quiet area and was easy to find, offering parking on the driveway which was great for us. It is clean and comfortable - perfect for what we were looking for. The best thing about staying here was how great Matt was. He was well ahead of the game ensuring that we were well informed of the check in process. He provided clear instructions and always responded in a timely manner. A great host!

She greeted us, took us in and showed us the place. Squeaky clean! It was our wedding anniversary, and she surprised us with a gift of wine, an anniversary card and chocolate! Water bottles in fridge, coffee, as well as other nice amenities. Very cozy, slept well. We’d definitely book there again!

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
