Holiday rentals with a pool in Thousand Oaks

I hosted a bachelorette party at Soheil’s home and it was perfect! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and great amenities. We had everything we needed and Soheil was super accommodating and great to work with. Definite recommend this home!

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

This was my second time staying in this home. We felt so familiar and comfortable. The hosts are beyond lovely and definitely go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and are comfortable.

Gary's home may be one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed at, and he certainly had the best instructions/directions of any place I've been. The pool/spa are rather complicated to set up, but with his clear labeling and step-by-step folder, it was a cinch. It must be the most beautifully designed private pool I've ever seen; my kids and Mom had such a wonderful time that aside from the obligations that brought us in town, they didn't want to leave the AirBnB at all. There's a beautiful lemon tree in the back, complete with picker, and my son was thrilled to pick lemons and we made our own lemonade to drink while swimming. The home is beautifully decorated and feels so comfortable. My Mom is on the picky side and she didn't have a word of criticism. I don't recall how the price compared to other places in the area, but I don't regret the money I spent one bit. It was a lovely break and oasis.

Good location responsive host safe neighborhood

Gary is a great host. His house is extremely clean and well organized. The pools are clean and well maintained. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Very close to all the attractions A++++++++++

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

Great stay. I have stayed in this building before and this unit was just as solid. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location is ideal and the vibe of the building is always on point. I actually liked it so much that I’m renting a condo a few floors up and moving in later this month. Thanks for a smooth and welcoming experience.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. Shant was also very communicative, quick to respond and provided great instructions prior and during the stay. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks, Shant!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

Don and Adrians place is simply fantastic. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Beautiful view! Off street parking! They were super communicative. I was lucky enough to meet Don on my way out, and he was lovely. I look forward to being hosted by them again, if they'll have me. Can't recommend enough!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Lisa’s home was beautiful, clean, and quite comfortable. It’s located in a quiet area, but with lots to do and see very close by. She and her family were kind, polite, and responsive.

What a gem of a stay at David’s peaceful, secluded house. We were particularly struck by the peacefulness of the location but still close to LA hotspots. David was amazing from start to finish and we were really impressed by how quick he was to help us with any topic (hikes and cafe recommendations). Will definitely come back, I am glad we booked it as soon as we saw it. The photos don’t do it justice but the reviews are right - it is an amazing place.

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!
