Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thu Thiem

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Great accommodation experience

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was perfect — right at the center, making it super easy to get around. It was just a quick 10-minute cab ride to Saigon Centre. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the housekeeper who was always so kind and helped us with our luggage — his support made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

It was really great time to stay in David Tran’s residence. So clean and cozy. I recommend to stay his residence and I am definitely come back his residence next time.

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. All instructions were very clear, the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and the stay was seamless and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I stay here before, it's safe with a guard at the site at all time. Convenient stores downstairs if you need a quick snacks and drinks. Place was clean with a washer and dryer, and it's about a 5 minutes ride to district 1. Recommended.
