Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Apartment in Obersaxen/Mundaun (Flond)

Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Bündner Bergen. In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain biking lovers are also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area are waiting for you and also a cross-country trail is right in the village.

Die Wohnung unter Uns ist ideal für Familien mit Kinder ob gross oder klein oder Menschen mit Einschränkungen da Sie sehr gross ist ,und alles auf einer Ebene. Die grosse gemütliche Terasse nach hinten raus ladet zum gemütlichen Abendessen ein oder einfach mal um ein bisschen runter zufahren. Der Spielplatz & Pumptrack sowie das Eisfeld ist in 3 minuten Fussmarsch erreichbar. Ein Freibad hat es gleich im Nachbarsdorf.

The apartment (30m2) is part of a detached house, which was completed in Dec. 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with washbasin and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could wish for on vacation. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Die grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im dritten Stock des B&B's und ist für bis zu 3 Personen. Die fantastische Dachterrasse mit Bergblick vermittelt Ferienfeeling pur. Direkt vor Ort ist auch ein hausgemachtes Frühstück buchbar (falls B&B offen). Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Beautiful studio on a farm in Tenna in Safiental GR. Comforfurnished with great views of the mountains. There is a small outdoor seating area. We also offer a cozy sauna with a relaxation room.
