Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ticumán

My stay went smoothly, everything was just like the photos, clean, tidy, safe. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Everything that is advertised and shown in the photos is as it is, and Ana was attentive at all times.

Staying there was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a great view,we loved it; Miguel is a great host.

We loved the house, as seen in the photos, very clean everything and Francisco was always attentive to what we need. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi as we could get the boiler every time we wanted. I'm sure we'll be back.

The house is very spacious, as seen in the photos, clean and with many options to enjoy it: games for children, a very well-kept garden to play with pets, a good-sized pool and spacious areas. César was always attentive and very willing to support us and clarify our doubts; Mrs. Santa welcomed us with snacks and fresh water, and helped us with the preparation of food and organization of everything we brought to the kitchen during the weekend. We hope to return soon.

Maria's place is a great house with a lot of character and class. It's perfectly located, just far away enough to have peace, but just close enough to get to everything by foot. Maria makes you feel right at home. I hope to stay here again :)

Excellent stay with Leon and Luis. Very attentive, their house is beautiful and with amenities that will make you not want to leave at all. Its pool and jacuzzi are very nice with a beautiful garden. I can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a couple of days in a central area of Cuernavaca without a doubt.

It was a great stay, I thought it was excellent that the house was equipped with everything you need to spend a great weekend in the company of the family. The stay was wonderful. We stayed more than two days. The weather was cloudy and rainy. The pool water was delicious all the time. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The house is more beautiful than in the photos. Super comfortable and beautiful. Although we had hours of rain, the house is wonderful to enjoy the interior. The place is lovely and very big! We loved everything, you feel like you're in a hacienda away from everything and in peace; the pool is very nice and a very good size and what you pay for the boiler is worth it because the water does heat up, the garden is also large and very well maintained. The rooms have everything you need, they are very clean and the fans they have are enough to sleep super comfortably if it is very hot. The living room and dining room are very large and comfortable, and it also has a TV room that serves as a study. But the best of all is the attention of the house staff, they go out of their way for their work and for being great hosts and they succeed, they resolve, they are attentive, and they even help you with your food purchases if you need it. The location is very central and everything is close by in case you forgot to bring something. We would definitely return to this great place!!

The stay at Daniela's house was amazing, we rented the house for a family weekend and everything looked like the photos, quite equipped and very clean. The location was also incredible, just 5 minutes by car from the nearest supermarkets. We will definitely come back, we feel at home!!

Very central, clean, tidy and comfortable

Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Again, thank you very much Hector!

Very cozy and perfect for resting, the host is very attentive, you feel at home and there is a place a few meters ahead where you can find food with very good flavor, 100% recommended

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
