Holiday rentals with a patio in Tierra Verde

Ramon’s place was a fantastic stay for the price! It was so clean, updated, and comfortable. We stayed an extra night in FL due to our flights and Ramon’s was the perfect quick stop. He and his wife were incredibly kind as well. The peacocks were an interesting plus! So cool to see them surrounding the property! Would 100% stay here again!

The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

I would definitely stay here and recommend it to others. The private oasis in the back is wonderful, I wish I had time to enjoy it!

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetics of the property! The inside was nicely decorated and the outdoor patio area was beautifully landscaped and felt very tropical. Everything was very clean with a nice king size bed. Felt very spacious, especially with 2 full bathrooms. Only downside is that it is hard to wheel in luggage from the driveway to the back of the house. If it was a concrete or paved path it would have been much easier to transport our luggage to the rear of the house. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

Very pricey. The inside of house is updated & delightful. However, there is only one shared bathtub/shower with two half toilets. The inside house temperature was not allowed to be set under 70°. The heat was stiffling, especially at night to sleep. A ceiling fan and standing floor fans did little to provide relief. Your stay is provided with only a small number of paper products (ie. toilet tissue, paper towels, kleenex, etc.). And there was no paper plates, napkins, cups available in kitchen. Absolutely love that this is a Pet friendly AirBnB!! Our dogs are our family and travel everywhere with us. The private pool was divine, delicious, and delightful!!! We enjoyed it immensely!! The enclosed area of yard was wonderful for our dogs to have freedom to roam/run/explore. I will say that the yard area on opposite side of house from the pool is in desperate need of attention. We would definitely stay here again, but would negotiate much lower reasonable affordable price.

What a beautiful home! Never a dull moment in this home. We appreciated the vintage arcade, the awesome pool, and the mini golf in the backyard, as well as the ample space to watch our shows and movies. Super clean and lots of room. This is a great stay either if you by yourself, your partner or family and friends. Also it was great to be able to have the laundry machines at our disposal. 100 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

We had a great stay. House had everything we needed and more. Good location to local restaurants and beach access. Loved having beach chairs and cooler/beach bags for use!

Flexible check in, we arrived earlier than expected and Sydnei was extremely helpful at getting us in earlier than check in. It's a great space with anything you need for an extended stay. If you want the comfortable bed, expect to climb the latter.

This was my first air bnb experience! And it was by far the best! It was a same day trip and they were super easy going & had fast responses to all my questions! Thank you guys

What does one write about a perfect place and an amazing host when it’s their 3rd stay? At this point for us, it feels like coming home!! We’re so comfortable and content in Lise and Tony’s place. They go exceedingly above expectations for their guests - and we appreciate it so very much. This time I was happy to have a bike on loan from my daughter who lives close by. I’ve walked the pretty and peaceful neighborhood a lot during previous stays, but this time it was an extra treat to ride around and take it all in. Lise’s place is about a mile walk, bike ride, drive to Beach Blvd where our favorites are Stella’s, Pia’s, Gulfport Brewery, The Wine House, Gulfport Beach… Thank you so much Lise and Tony for another great stay!!

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!

Scott & Laura's place was cozy & warm. Great location, very central and close to everything in the area. Scott was very responsive and hospitable. Definitely recommend it!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a wedding. The location is prime (right next to Publix, and multiple bars/restaurants near by). Access to the beach was very easy and the beaches themselves were great. The unit was very clean and Helena was very helpful with check in and check out. I would recommend and stay here again.
