Ho trovato l’alloggio comodissimo, perfetto per le mie esigenze. Si trova a pochi passi dalla palestra che frequento, quindi super pratico. La zona è molto residenziale, tranquilla e ben collegata: è facile spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi. I padroni di casa sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili. Nonostante il mio aereo fosse in ritardo, mi hanno aspettato per il check-in senza problemi, con grande cortesia. In più, oltre alla macchinetta del caffè, ho trovato anche altre cose utili nel frigo: un gesto davvero carino e molto apprezzato. La comunicazione è stata sempre chiara, veloce ed efficace. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Desde la reservación aclaró dudas, se aseguró de que una vez que aterrizamos, pudiéramos llegar bien al lugar, estuvo todos los días dándonos seguimientos en nuestras actividades, siempre dispuesta a apoyarnons. Una atención familiar y cariñosa que nos invita a regresar Todos los días nos ofrecieron un desayuno muy completo, basto y de excelente calidad, amenizado por una música relajante muy adecuada. Todavía el día que salimos, como por horario lo hicimos antes de las 5:30 am, nos prepararon un desayuno excelente para llevarlo con nosotros Es uno de los mejores anfitriones que me ha tocado, agradezco todas sus atenciones y los felcito por ese espíriu de servicio que nos invita a amar el lugar

This was perfect for a one night stay before we went to the airport. The apartment was easy to get into, had an elevator (yay!), and had so many amenities and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We enjoyed our stay!

I don’t speak Italian & had no idea of the area I was visiting or what it would be like. Laura was really helpful & it all went smoothly. Everything is clean & well kept and her place is beautiful & rooms clean & breakfast was good. It was also a nice room just to sit in and read. Laura is musically talented & was performing in a small church in a Baroque performance one night I was there and that was very special to attend. Now I understand Rome a little more & I would certainly stay with Laura every visit. She does not intrude but was a great host.

Great location - 10min walk to Vatican. Great apartment, very clean and very beautiful. Great host, friendly and explained everything well.

Marina and her husband are wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much love and energy. They answered all our questions, and we really enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely contact them again when we return to Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, and has everything you need for your stay 100% recommended!

Super séjour chez Emanuela, la chambre était propre et sa sœur qui nous a accueilli était très gentille! Je recommande ce logement à 2 pas de la gare Termini!

O apartamento e a Roberta estavam ótimos. O unico ponto negativo era a localização pois os onibus estavam sempre muito cheios e nao tem muitas coisas para fazer por perto.

We were welcomed by Fernanda on the entrance of the apartment building and she even let us leave the bags since we arrived early. There is a metro station very close by (8 minutes walk) and the Colosseum is only 30 minutes by walk. The room comes with a private bathroom and toilet which is right across the room. The room was very spacious and looked just liked in the pictures. The room had an AC which will cost an addition of 5 EUR per day, but much recommended in the summer. She also recommended us some good restaurants which we tried. She was a very kind and lovely host and will definitely love to visit again.

Amazing stay here! We absolutely loved it. A great location and the place was spotless. The hosts were so responsive and couldn’t help us enough. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. They were so smooth with a face to face check in and worked it around when we arrived in Rome. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location, friendly, amazing host. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We will stay with Andrea again if we ever return to Rome.

Thea’s place is perfectly located in Roma, near the Vatican and well connected to bus lines and the metro. The house feels private for how central it is, the room was cozy and colourfully decorated, I had a restful sleep. Thea herself (and her dad, who let me in for check-in!) is supremely warm and friendly, she was also exceptionally flexible with check-in - she offered me to enter the room way early for my remote work convenience. She also gave extensive tips, I can’t recommend her b&b enough and it’s the first option I’ll check when I next visit the Eternal City. Thank you Thea ✨

The biggest compliment I can give is that Orsetta's place is better than some hotels I've been to. During the trip, we even decided to come back early just to spend more time in the room 10/10 would recommend

Logement très bien situé, dans le quartier très animé du Trastevere, et chambre spacieuse. Diomira et son mari m’ont très bien accueillie, ils parlaient même très bien français, et m’ont servi le petit déjeuner le matin. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison ! Bonus pour le chat :) Pensez cependant à prendre des boules Quies car le quartier est bruyant…

Our was not only in the perfect location, but also perfect in so many other ways. It's just a room with a bathroom, but it was perfectly just what we needed. No need for a kitchen in Italy, and there's a laundry area just down the street, everything worked out so perfectly. Anna was so kind too! I underbooked our stay and got there a night early, although we got a random hotel that night, Anna was so kind and offered us a place to sleep in her personal flat! She was so kind and offered to help in any possible way she could! We love her and her sweet husband! When we come back to Rome, we'll be staying at Anna's again!

Nous avons passé 2 semaine excellente a Riano. Roberto a été a l’écoute de nos demandes et extrêmement réactif. La villa est parfaite, la piscine est encore plus grande que sur les photos, tres bien situé mais le déplacement en voiture est recommandé ! Des magasins sont à proximité pour faire les courses, des meme que certains petits restaurants. En espérant revenir au plus vite des que possible pour profiter du charme de l’Italie.

Alloggio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort e corrispondeva alle informazioni indicate. Bagno spazioso e alloggio pulito.. inoltre offre anche il servizio di colazione .

Very nice place. Right near middle of town and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Place gets cleaned almost daily, and very easy access to communication with the owner. Great spot

Gianluca host veramente gentile e impeccabile, dalla prenotazione al nostro arrivo. Casa con spazi studiati molto bene, organizzata e molto ben pulita. Zona molto tranquilla e posizione strategia per girare. Accoglienza top da parte di Gianluca e Peach, torneremo sicuramente.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado (cerca del Coliseo) y a la vez el entorno muy tranquilo. Mención especial a Francesco, que respondió muy rápidamente a todas nuestras consultas. Totalmente recomendable para conocer Roma, gracias por todo!
