⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptionally Thoughtful Host – A Truly Wonderful Experience** From the moment we booked, Simona went above and beyond. We reserved the apartment for the 16th because our flight was arriving early on the 17th at 6 a.m., knowing we wouldn’t find a check-in that early anywhere else. Even before we landed, Simona was already in touch—sending detailed instructions, helpful guidance, and checking in regularly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Though we didn’t get to the apartment until around noon, she remained patient and attentive the entire time. She even left two drinks for us in the fridge (a water and a soda)—a small gesture, but after our long trip, it meant a lot. What touched us the most was that she met us in person, accompanied by a kind young man who helped carry our bags. Had a wonderful stay at Fabrizias place. I can arguably say the best place we stayed in Italy. Fabrizia and Antonio met us at the place to greet us and show us around. They were very friendly and explained everything to us and the place was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as per the photos. Spotless and clean. It’s such a beautiful apartment we really enjoyed our stay. They also left us a bottle of wine and some snacks along with their suggestions and recommendations for the place. Also another major benefit is that the metro line runs just below the apartment and it helps in moving around the city very easily Overall a big thank you to Fabrizia and Antonio :)

Sarah was a wonderful host! She was already waiting for us joyfully at the window, which made us feel very welcome and at home immediately. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy – a real plus! The location is well connected; the accommodation can be reached from Rome Termini in about 15 minutes by tram. A small minus point was the accessibility to the accommodation at night. From about 10:30 pm, public transport no longer runs, so it is sometimes a little difficult to get to the accommodation at night by public transport, and the buses that ran sporadically in the evening were often very crowded. Not for night owls. Despite these small restrictions, we would recommend Sarah's accommodation, especially if you value a warm hostess and a clean accommodation.

We loved our stay in Rome! The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. And the location couldn’t be better! It’s in the middle of happening Trastevere and walkable to the main sights. We worried the noise from the neighboring square might be loud at night, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Fabio was a great host—super responsive and helped us book a dinner reservation one evening.

Very nice spacious, modern, elegant apartment. Everything is there to cook and rest. The location is superb (right in the village) and the shopkeepers are nice. We highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful experience, very peaceful. Alessandro and especially his wife were very kind and concerned about our study, looking after us from day one until the end of our trip. Highly recommended, it is in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The accommodation is very clean and with all the necessary amenities. We are very happy to have met you.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

Beautiful clean accommodation. Metro, supermarkets, restaurants all super walkable. Marianna is totally nice and very helpful and gave great tips for the area👍🏼

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and much more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist points. The hosts were very kind, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. Hopefully we can be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at Catharines apartment. It was a little rocky at the start from unclear messages, my email instructed us to go to the apartment but other guests were still checking out so we ended up having to leave our luggage in the business office across the street. Fair warning if you pack a lot (I’m a terrible overpacker) the road can be tough with luggage and there are about 20 or so steps to get into the building, then a small older elevator, and then you walk the last flight to the top floor. Once you’re in the apartment it’s beautiful scenery and overlook the basilica. We loved the quick walk and semi quiet neighborhood. Rome is a very busy city but we felt very relaxed enjoying our evenings at the apartment. Catharine gave us our first Italian espresso and croissant, and then left a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy as well. Overall wonderful stay!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.
