Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washer/dryer. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bicycles to borrow. There is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Manor, Stall Tofta with horseback riding for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand is only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

Free car parking is available outside the house.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Välkommen till vår Bohuslänska idyll med klippor, gräsmatta och egen strand. Stugan är på ca 60 kvadratmeter och har 3 sovrum med plats för 6 personer. Badrummet är helt nyrenoverat och är utrustat med tvättmaskin. Njut av tystnaden och lugnet, här hörs inga bilar utan bara en och annan motorbåt som susar förbi. En promenad på 5 minuter tar er ner till en egen badvik med fint vatten. Stor gräsmatta att spela kubb eller fotboll på, eller varför inte njuta av havsutsikten?

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

On the plot there are cliffs, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high-situated overlooking the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.
